To do so, iCloud displays this list of purchased apps and links each item to the corresponding actual app on the App Store.

Step 3: Once there, click on Apps at the top of the window. A list of all you purchased and downloaded apps will appear. Hover your mouse pointer over the app you wish to hide and you will notice that an “X” appears at the top left corner of the app’s icon.
Step 4: Click on the “X” to hide the app. Your list of purchased apps will update and you will see that the app you just hid is not there anymore.
Step 5 [Updated]: On your iOS device (up until iOS 6), head again to App Store >Updates >Purchased. You will now notice that the app you hid is gone!
How To Delete App Store Download History Free
If you have iOS 7 though, you will notice that the hidden app still shows up on your Purchase History even if you close the app entirely. What you have to do in this case is to head to Settings >iTunes & App Store. There, tap on your Apple ID and Sign Out of it.
Head back to the App Store and you will notice that your purchase history is now empty. On that same screen tap on the Sign In button and log in again with your Apple ID. After that, all your hidden apps will not show anymore.
